Actalent Healthcare is actively hiring Certified/Registered Medical Assistants for full-time positions
to support a top orthopedic clinic network in North Texas!
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8-5
Pay: $19-23/hr
Description:
- Responsible for preparing patients for examination and treatment by taking patient histories and collecting patient vital signs
- Ensure exam and treatment rooms are prepared with the necessary instruments for patients
- Answer telephone calls to the practice and screens for referrals
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience as Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant in fast-paced clinic setting required.
- Experience in orthopedic clinic preferred
- NCT certification preferred
- Experience with EMR systems (eClinical Works, Centricity/AthenaHealth, EPIC)
