What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory assistant position at Actalent?
Regulatory Affairs Assistant Qualifications :
MUST HAVE a Bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc)
Shift :
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (This position is fully onsite in Des Moines, IA)
Job Duties :
- Provides administrative support, including M3 and IPRA documentation (blue sheets, labels, certificates, spec sheets, customer questionnaires, agreements, etc.).
- Must be able to draft certain elements of a product or dossier registration under direct supervision.
- Responsible for M3 entries for new and revised product formulas.
- Management of product labeling programs.
- Publishing and management of product documentation on the database(s).
- Responsible for filing and some record management. Follows and maintains an environment of food and feed safety in compliance with rules and regulations, as applicable.
