Description:
- We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to work on restoration projects
- This company works on a variety of projects ranging from multifamily, office buildings, hotels, parks & rec, single family, etc.
- The feel of their culture is a big family and are very focused on developing their people and even have a career development program
- They are a smaller company so people need to be willing to wear several hats and jump in where needed to get the job done
- They are looking for someone who is team oriented, can work independently, and is also self-motivated
- This person is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple restoration/reconstruction projects ranging from single family, multifamily, to commercial projects
- From your first walk-through to job close-out, you anticipate challenges and opportunities and provide a positive attitude and influence on clients, vendors, and subcontractors. You communicate openly and honestly to build relationships across your projects and understand the importance of details
- Key responsibilities include client service and communication; subcontractor selection, buyout, and oversight; material selections and procurement; and scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Office/field is about 50/50 - they do allow some remote work depending on candidate and situation
- Typically work about 40-50 hours per week
- Based out of Littleton, CO

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years construction/restoration industry experience
- Computer proficiency required - to perform this job successfully, you must have working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project, Bluebeam, Xactimate
- IICRC Certifications preferred
