Description:
We are looking for a SCRUM Master who can help push Software Development projects forward, lead Standup/Sprint Meetings, and help with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and generating reports on progress/schedule.
Coming it, this person will help with 3 current projects:
1 - A web based system that allows contractors to build complicated commercial HVAC systems before they purchase. Currently it allows them to generate plans and a bill of goods. Future state will enable pricing and purchasing features.
2 - A web based monitoring and reporting system for existing commercial HVAC systems.
3 - A PCB and Firmware development project for residential HVAC systems. This is about to launch, but then will go through an overhaul.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- BS or BA degree preferred
- 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment/industry a plus
- Detail oriented
