Job Title: Superintendent

Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects. Your role will involve procuring materials, holding weekly project meetings, scheduling subcontractors, and leading field crews. You will work closely with city officials to obtain necessary permits and entitlements, collaborate with surveyors and excavators to establish site boundaries and grades and ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers. You will also be educating trade contractors on construction documents and resolving any issues in a cost-efficient manner.

Hard Skills

• HS Diploma - AS or BS in Construction Preferred
• Multi-Family ground-up build experience

Soft Skills

• Excellent collaboration skills
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Strong understanding of construction documents

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
