Description:
General Contractor specializing in Federal Construction projects is seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent. Ideally someone with experience in Drywall, Ceiling (including Acoustical), tile and flooring, and all parts of interior renovation.

MUST HAVES:
- OSHA 30
- Experience with interior renovations
- Experience managing subcontractors in various trades
- Experience with ACT, metal stud/framing, flooring, paint, schedules, trade coordination
- Experienced in framing, paint and drywall hanging and finish
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Job Duties:
- Have full control of the field operations
- Running the schedule
- Pushing the project team
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Constructing a quality building on time and under budget
