What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor position at Actalent?
Job Description:
- Primary responsibilities include providing supervision to assigned case managers and coordinating all services to meet the on-going needs of assigned clients through case managers.
- This individual will monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations.
- Facilitating weekly team meetings and developing policies and procedures, and providing after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in human service field
- Familiar with trauma informed care
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
