Job Description
Seeking a skilled Survey CAD Drafter to utilize CAD software to create precise technical drawings that support various departments. Responsibilities include processing field survey data to generate base maps for engineering design and collaborating with CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to ensure clarity on scope of work, schedule, and budget.
Hard Skills/Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer-Aided Design, or related field
- Proficiency with AutoCAD & Civil 3D/MicroStation
- Understanding of grading, slope, steep slope, municipal codes
- Hands-on experience with Civil 3D in land development
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and offers remote flexibility, with the ability to earn half remote days after proving capability to work from home. Initial projects may involve land development, single-family homes, warehouse building, and sub-lot development.
