Job Description
We're seeking a Training Coordinator for our Specialty Pharmacy department based in Orlando, Florida. This is an on-site position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. The role involves performing additional job-related responsibilities and duties as necessary.
Hard Skills
- 1 year of experience training others in a call center environment
- 1 year of experience in a pharmacy environment
- Familiarity with various training methods (e-learning, on-the-job training, classroom facilitation)
- Comfort with LMS software and tools
- Basic computer skills
- Florida Pharmacy Technician License
- Instructional design
- Leading a classroom training
Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to plan and manage training programs, schedules, and resources
- Strong interpersonal skills

Work Site

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Specialty Pharmacy department in Orlando, Florida. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
