Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Location: Location: Multiple sites across the US (current projects in Cumberland City, TN and Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Job Duties:

• Oversee site Safety
• Create, Maintain, and/or review all Documentation
• Project oversight, quality control, scheduling
• Communicate with trades, subcontractors, clients, and owners
• Manage project materials
• Manage subcontractors to keep project on schedule
• All responsibilities assigned by the lead superintendent

Key Requirements:

• 5 years of Heavy Commercial/Industrial Superintendent experience
• Strong focus on safety (OSHA 30 certification required)
• Experience with steel erection and pre-engineered buildings
