Description:
Hiring for Triage Nurses to work on-site performing both phone and in-person triage, must have at least an RN to be considered. The triage nurse will handle phone calls from the patients who are seeking medical information and/or medical attention. They will be able to schedule appointments as the patient’s condition requires, answer questions, and provider limited health education. They will be able to educate the patients on the phone who have medical question. Will complete case management and follow-up care for a variety of provider generated testing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
-BSN or higher degree in Nursing
-3-5 years experience in Clinic/Urgent Care/Emergency Department/Triage
-Active unrestricted MN Nursing License
-BLS through the American Heart Association
Preferred:
-Telephonic Triage experience
-EPIC experience
