What are the responsibilities and job description for the X-Ray Technician position at Actalent?
Description:
-Room Patients
-Vitals, Pulse, Height/Weight, Blood Pressure, Swab and Tests (Covid/Strep)
-Assist in maintaining the flow in waiting areas and exam rooms and make patient and team members
aware of delays.
-Prepare patients for examination and treatment, measure and recording vital signs
-Recording patient interview and history
-Maintaining supplies, equipment, stocking, and sterilization of instruments
-May triage patient phone calls/review prescriptions with patient as directed by physician
-Perform1-5 X-rays per day
Skills:
Emr, Medical assisting, Triage, x-ray, ARRT, Front desk, Schedule appointments, Electronic health record, Administrative support, Data entry, Cma, Answering phones, Ekg, epic
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Advanced MD experience - Epic Experience is better (EMR)
-Front and back office experience
-ARRT active certification for radiology technician
