Key Responsibilities:
- This role involves strategic planning, developing Talent Acquisition (TA) policies, overseeing the identification and hiring process, and building strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various headcount goals across all levels within multiple departments
- Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers
- Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
- Collaborate with internal groups (e.g., HR, Marketing, Peers, Employees) to boost eNPS scores to boost retention rates and improve candidate perceptions
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
- Develop and implement search strategies that include vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches
- Develop and maintain career portals and post vacancies
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
- Conduct regular follow-up with hiring leads to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Over the course of 12-months, build and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists in a remote and in-office setting who can deliver on company growth needs
- This position can be in-office or remote. If remote, ability to travel in to the office no less than once per quarter for Quarterly Business Reviews and face-to-face team building
Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum of Staffing/ Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
- 3 years minimum direct line management, preferably with direct management of 3 individuals
- Strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization from entry level to executive staff
- Experience managing direct reports in remote setting and in-office
- Knowledge of EEO and DEI requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based experience
- Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture
- Flexibility to work surge hours as required
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle processes
- Experience with high volume recruiting
- Strong work ethic is a must
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance is essential
- Ability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness and persistence.
