Job Overview:

As a Salesperson at Actin FITT, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue by identifying, cultivating, and closing sales opportunities. You will work closely with our dedicated sales team and management to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for those who have a passion for sales and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Establish rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

3. Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.

4. Devise and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

5. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to leverage opportunities and mitigate challenges.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

8. Provide exceptional after-sales support to clients, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery.

9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and promote our brand.

10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and participate in training sessions to stay updated on our offerings and sales techniques.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar sales role, preferably within health, fitness, or rehab.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to effectively articulate product features and benefits to clients.

3. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.

4. Ambitious and target-driven individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

5. Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.

6. Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

7. Adaptable and resilient with a positive attitude towards challenges and problem-solving.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills.

10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Exercise Science, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $40,000- $100,000 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $43,055.52 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
