Action Emergency Management Services is seeking an detail orientated, Customer service minded Dispatcher to work in our Dispatch Office.
Action is a growing, fast paced, full service leader in the emergency response industry. Action Emergency Management Services works with Local Police, and Fire Departments as well as other agencies.
Dispatcher must be able to work well under pressure, be able to read, and write clearly, have computer skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Dispatch experience is plus, but wiling to train the right candidate.
Efficiently dispatch teams to their destinations and assignments. Effectively determine which driver/operator and truck best fit the customer's requirement. Work directly with customers and drivers/operators to create mutual trust and maintain open communications throughout the transport process. Effectively communicate statuses to the appropriate parties throughout the service process. Expect to be productive during down time. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedure. Other duties as assigned and proper information from varicose agencies and State Police
