Action Inc. is seeking candidates to join our growing Energy Services team as a Utility Program Data Coordinator of Income Eligible Program Invoicing at our Peabody location.

Summary: Review subcontracting partner invoices and data inputs on a daily basis. Ensure that billing data is accurate and complete, and that the information being billed is in compliance with funding source requirements. Communicate with subcontracting partners to address resolution to errors found within the review process. Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in fast paced environment is crucial. Position will work alongside a team of Senior coordinators to help support the overall reporting function.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, NON-EXPEMPT

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicating, reviewing, and processing subcontracting agency invoices and data inputs daily to ensure billing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with funding source requirements
- Assist with utility program software billing trainings for subcontracting agencies.
- Reports and billings to be completed in a prompt and organized manner.
- Quality control of all areas will be a daily priority.
- Collaborate with a team of Senior Coordinators to support the overall reporting function
- All other daily tasks necessary in program operational support.
- Attend and participate in departmental, organization-wide and other meetings.
- Act in the best interest of the organization, reflecting the values of team work, collaboration and mutual respect.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to address & resolve errors found during the reviewing process with subcontracting partners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment is crucial
- Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred
- Driver's license preferred
- Second language desirable
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, move and carry 10 lbs
