Action Industries is looking to hire a field office Administrative Assistant. The jobsite is located in Hahnville, Louisiana. The pay is $25 per hour with overtime for upcoming turnaround. Normal work schedule is 4–10 hour days from 6am till 4:30pm. During the turnaround, working hours and workdays are subject to change. Current TWIC, security passport, and clear DISA status or ability to obtain upon hire.

Assisting Field Office Manager with:
- Tracking, entering, and balancing time for payroll and billing using company established timekeeping and payroll procedures as well as company and/or client provided software.
- Clear understanding of construction payroll, billing, and cost tracking, high attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, well organized, time management, document control, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required.
- Experience working in accounting and payroll software such as ADP and NetSuite preferred but not required.
- General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and use of office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and to work in a fast-paced environment. Available to work weekends and travel to multiple field office locations as needed.
