Position Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an Accountability Manager to join our existing team working with our expanding network of franchisees across our US-based Master Licensee “ActionCOACH United”. You will be working closely with our team of firm owners to improve their franchise business outcomes for their ActionCOACH Firm Franchise. You will work daily, weekly and monthly both on a group and 1-2-1 basis with the network, track, and performance manage their business goals. The role will require a high level of organizational skills and results driven focus.

Essential Job Functions

• Facilitating and creating content for weekly group calls.

• Maintaining a daily, weekly and monthly call schedule.

• Working close with new franchise partners on a daily basis.

• Ensuring compliance with the network in recording their outcomes, so that review and discussion can occur during calls.

• Reviewing and analyzing group monthly KPI data to ascertain any changing needs.

• Identifying training gaps and ensuring a strong learning culture.

• Implementation of a new Mastercoach program within the ML.

• Facilitating quarterly growth clubs for the team to set their goals.

• Promote all product roll outs, events, trainings and new initiatives to the group

• Work closely with the Community Liaison officer to ensure to ensure strong visibility across the network.

• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the performance progress of the network to senior management.

Qualifications, Skills, Ability & Knowledge

In addition to sharing our vision for World Abundance through Business Re-education to be successful in this role you will require;

• 3 years in a performance management role, ideally within a franchising environment.

• Extremely organized, tech-savvy, know how to prioritize tasks, work within deadlines delivering flawless execution.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship management, consultation, influencing and negotiation skills. 

• A collaborative working style and ability to engage key internal and external stakeholders.

• Successful candidates are interactive, KPI driven, high energy, solutions oriented and with entrepreneurial spirit.

• A growth mindset, strong drive and a hands-on approach to meeting results.

• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM is an advantage.

• Confidence working remotely both as part of a team and independently.
