Application Administrator

ActioNet is looking a* System/Application Administrator* to be part of our team that supports Identity Management for the Department of the Air Force (DAF). This person will be part of a critical team that pulls data in from a variety of authoritative sources, consolidate information into a single identity record for consumption by other DAF mission systems, perform direct data updates (provisioning) to the approved DAF systems, and sends to AFDS to update a combination of commercial software and custom written code to perform their mission.
We are looking for a System/Application Administrator, that has an Active Secret Clearance that has the passion and interested obtaining Security or equivalent certification (some lead way on obtaining this certification within 4 months). This is a great opportunity to be part of a strong team that grows the skills of our members, join a stable team (the effort has spanned multiple contract renewals and this effort is expected to continue to provide support to the DAF for the foreseeable future), and make a significant impact on the future of the DAF IT initiatives.

Support the management of Windows based platforms
*

• Perform routine system monitoring
• Manage several COTS products running on the Windows platform (primary applications are Microsoft Identity Manager [MIM] and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services [ADLDS])
• Customer support for both on boarding new connections and resolving tickets

Qualifications**

Secret Clearance (must have before being able to assume this position)

• AA Degree or equivalent work experience
• Local to Montgomery AL (hybrid in-office/remote work)
• Security or equivalent certification (some lead way on obtaining this certification within 4 months)
• Experience working with Windows based applications
• Some help desk or customer service experience
