ActionLink is seeking a computer savvy individual to represent our global client, Intel®, by showcasing their latest in core processing and related PC system enhancing technologies at your local Best Buy location.
As our Intel Brand Advocate, you will be tasked with promoting Intel to customers by explaining various PC manufacturer model specs & features, answering any tech related questions and guiding customers to a personalized, computer purchase.
Our Intel Advocate’s core responsibility will be sharing product knowledge with other Best Buy associates to ensure that our retail partners are fully aware of the possibilities and offerings of Intel. Our goal is engagement around Intel’s eLearning website, Intel Retail Edge®, which offers a multitude of Intel related courses, resources, and contests for dedicated retail professionals.
WHEN & WHERE:
- 12-25 hours per week
- 11:00-5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays/ M-F 1-2 days a week for IPOS updates
- Best Buy: 737 Northcrest Shopping Center in Fort Wayne, IN 46805 US
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- $16.00 per hour
- $300 Signing Bonus paid out incrementally

- Maintain business communication with District Manager via occasional phone calls, Zoom meetings, and/or emails
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel
- Provide trainings to store associates on the various Intel products and technologies
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services
- Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale
- Ring up your customers' computer purchases on Best Buy's POS system (no cash handling involved)
- Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback, observations, and submitting customer and store photos
- Maintain business communication with District Manager via occasional phone calls, Zoom meetings, and/or emails
ARE YOU A MATCH?
- Sales and/or relevant computer support experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work required Saturday & Sunday shifts
- Access to a smart device for reporting
- Access to reliable transportation
