We have immediate opportunities for full time, afternoon/evening, Bi-Lingual Medical Receptionists at our Glen Burnie, MD Physical Therapy clinic location. If you have excellent customer service and communication skills, with some medical office experience, you could be a great fit for this opportunity!
The Front Desk Receptionist should have a great personality, be efficient, organized and punctual, be familiar with a variety of health insurance providers, and be highly proficient with managing patient referrals and scheduling. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
What you'll be doing;
Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages
Scheduling patient appointments
Data entry of patient information
Reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy
Collect co-pays, co-insurances and any other payments due from the patients
Maintain a neat, clean and organized reception area
Respond in a timely manner to email correspondence from coworkers and patients
Maintain medical records and files and perform other assigned clinic duties, as needed
As a Team Member - You'll receive;
Strong hourly pay of $21
Full Time, 40 hours per week

What you'll need;
Be able available Monday - Friday, primarily afternoon shifts, Noon - 8 PM.
Be a great multi-tasker
We would like you to have some Medical Receptionist experience, preferably in the field of Physical Therapy, Orthopedics and/or Chiropractic.
Be able to give your guests and patients a friendly and comfortable first impression that will last throughout their recovery and continued visits.
Bi-Lingual, English - Spanish is needed.
Need to own a personal vehicle to get to the office on time.
