What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Product Manager (Retail Exp) position at Activesoft, Inc.?
Job Description
Must have:
- User stories are done in Jira.
- Work with the development team writing user stories, leads ceremonies and scrum master, backlog.
- Could they have a development background or Google Cloud Platform Cloud?
- Would not be doing user research.
- Would not determine the priorities. Their priorities are given from enterprise priorities through quarterly planning process that they then operate off
- Twice a week meeting where Manny is in the meeting with enterprise apps and he brings in the Product Manager depending on the circumstances
- Finance API teams – pipes that get information from source systems, and get them to the right financial systems (legacy or SAP S4 Hana)
Knock out questions:
- Must be proactive, curious, engaged ask questions, manage up and be smart enough to figure out what is going on; take ownership.
- No pushover. How can they get along with folks but push the project along.
- Collaborate with multiple teams.
- Act independently
- Will be screening mainly for soft skills listed above
