Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Life Enrichment Coordinator in our OakBridge Terrace (Assisted Living) and WillowBrooke Court (Skilled Care) neighborhoods.

In this role, you will responsible for planning and implementing programs and events providing independent living residents an Acts Signature Experience (ASE) incorporating wellness, person-centered living and hospitality. These ASE events will encompass the three components that define life balance and are needed for improving and maintaining quality of life: body, mind, and spirit. In each senior’s personal journey, he or she has the opportunity to make new goals in all dimensions of wellness. This position reports to the Executive Director or Life Engagement Director.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Associate’s degree in recreation/fine arts or a related human services field
• Minimum of three years work experience within the geriatric health care field
• Certification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in recreation/fine arts or a related health services field and/or state or nationally approved certification in recreation/fine arts

• CPR certified and/or dementia care certification is preferred
