JOB DESCRIPTION: Controller
SUMMARY:
Hands-on individual with direct experience in cash flow management, accounting functions, monthly account reconciliations, operations management and financial audits. Responsible for compliance with quality regulations FDA/ISO. Additional responsibilities include HR, payroll processing and overseeing A/R A/P (one staff member). A solution oriented, team player comfortable in a small company environment, dealing with day to day business issues. As a member of the management team, you must create, organize, manage and support strategic initiatives ensuring organizational growth, profitability, compliance, and sustainability. Computer literacy a must.
Sage/MAS system knowledge preferred. Clean background.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Management experience and an Accounting Degree or Equivalent Work Experience is required. College Diploma or higher education preferred
Basic computer literacy necessary, Accomplished with Accounting systems.
Experience in Medical Device manufacturing preferred
