Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

1. Primary duties will be to assemble fixtures, mounting electronic components, and installing them into larger assemblies or casings. Ensure the proper installation of electric wiring, and test or troubleshoot equipment before it is put into or returned to service. In this career, you can assemble these components by hand or with small tools. An assembler is tasked to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products. The use of hand tools such as power tools (drills), crimps, wire strippers, screws, bolts, rivets, press fits, or similar hand tools is a must
2. Follow all security rules and safety policies
3. Follow the instructions and quality guidelines
4. Learn and perform manual tool operations
5. Attention to detail when completing the required work efforts
6. Work with others in a team environment

 Physical demands

This is an active role that requires constant movement as needed and needed. You should be able to lift 30 pounds continuously, walk, stand, and bend up to 10 hours routinely.  The ability to lift and twist from the waist while holding the production material from the floor or pallet to the table or machine continuously.

 Position Type/Expected Working Hours

This is a full-time position, and the working hours and days are varied. Ability to work from Monday to Friday. (Saturdays as needed) Casual work at night and on the weekend may be necessary as work duties demand.
