We are hiring a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team and take the lead on one of our key value streams. The ideal candidate is a passionate Senior Product Manager who can apply product leadership on a daily basis. This role is cross-functional and collaborative in nature, and the new team member in this position will play a vital role in shaping our product vision!

What You Will Do:
  • Lead your area of product and work with cross-functional teams to manage the product roadmap from ideation through discovery to build and go-to-market, closely managing and leading the team with critical trade-offs
  • Effectively prioritize and make sure the team is always working on the most impactful user stories
  • Know your customers through regular interviews and document their core needs and key pain points
  • Identify clear and measurable metrics to track the success of your value stream, and the hypotheses you need to prove along the way
  • Understand and validate the real needs of our customers and communicate those needs clearly to the team and the business
  • Manage and set the value stream long-term vision and strategy, through the roadmap and iterative learnings while aligned to business and product objectives
  • Communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders
  • Be transparent about the prioritization, trade-offs and roadmap process
  • Contribute to continuously improving product craft skills, team efficiency and ways of working
 


What You Will Need:
  • Proven track record of performance in a similar role (you shipped features and products and can clearly communicate what went well, what didn’t, and what have you learned)
  • Strong leadership skills and sense of ownership
  • 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Ability to lead through influence, build consensus and make everyone successful as a team
  • Willingness to engage customers and incorporate their core needs into product documentation
  • A data-driven approach to product development and growth
  • Ability to process and synthesize information
  • A focus-driven mindset that gets things done and focuses on what matters
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • A passion for product management and for delivering value to users
  • Technical degree/background (ECE, SW Eng, CS) or equivalent experience is preferred
