Day shift and night shift positions available! 4-day work-week
Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM, Friday OT if needed
Night Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 3am, OT until 5am

Requirements
Job Summary:
Learn how to make aerospace components through working your way into the manufacturing world. Training in theory and machining provided – key is to have the right attitude, willingness to learn and to be engaged. Acutec is one of the few companies that is willing to INVEST into their people, making them the BEST they can be in a positive and fostering team and work environment. Learn how to operate CNC machine centers such as vertical/horizontal mills and/or turning centers. Operate control consoles to produce precision aerospace products. The machining operation requires loading CNC programs and tool magazines and the set up and positioning of parts in holding fixtures; also edit programs as required to produce optimal results. Learn all about quality tools and requirements in the aerospace world and become the YOU that you never thought someone would give you a chance to become or to believe in you. Development will lead to become a machinist that can work independently with minimal direction from Team Leader. Key is to be a driver of positive change, have an eye and a passion for reducing waste and help reduce losses throughout the operation while learning the trait you never thought you’d have a chance to get into!

Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form.
Be a interested, inquisitive and energetic individual that performs well in teams. Drive and passion for delivering “RIGHT FROM ME” in whatever the task may be.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations on fractions, percentages, decimals, and machine speeds/feeds.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
