We are looking for a Customer Specialist who will work closely with customers and vendors by building and maintaining close relations and providing a positive customer experience. Primary Responsibilities:
- Working with customers and vendors
- Answering a light number of phone calls and responding to emails from customers and vendors
- Perform routine administrative tasks quickly and accurately
- Data entry
- Manage special projects as assigned
- Contribute to team effort
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 Years of office experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Works well independently and with a team
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, telephone skills, and administrative writing skills
- Strong attention to detail, computer literate
Desired Attributes: Lives within 15 miles of location (Calabasas, CA)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
