At Ad Hoc, Program Managers are responsible for end-to-end management of a program and/or a suite of projects. This includes client relationship management, high quality and on time delivery, personnel management, financial management, contract management and organic program growth. You'll ensure that the assigned program has everything it needs to be successful.
Requirements

The Program Manager is responsible for (Essential Functions):
- Creates strategic plans to navigate program changes, reduce conflict, and drive long term strategic positioning for program in alignment with Ad Hoc organizational objectives
- Develops strong customer relationships to understand needs, maximize customer satisfaction, and identify new opportunities
- Manages the relationship between prime contracting partners, subcontractors, Ad Hoc, and the client
- Ensures compliance with contractual requirements to maximize client satisfaction
- Drives program financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, resourcing decisions and invoicing
- Responsible for overall leadership and mentoring/development of technical leads
- Manages team members in collaboration with practice leads
- Demonstrates the ability to organize people, technology, culture, and operations to drive solutions to complex business problems
- Interviews and selects new team members
- Conducts performance reviews for direct reports that could include project management, engineering, user experience, and/or product management
- Supports business development activities by helping identify and drive program organic growth opportunities
