Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated team member ( rotating schedule 4 days on and 4 days off; 6: 45 am to 7pm or 6:45 pm - 7am) to join our team in a care facility setting. As a team member you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to residents in their daily activities.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and supervise staff and train and development
-Ensure daily reporting of medication management and duties of other care members
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with medication administration under supervision
- Implement behavior management strategies to support residents with developmental disabilities
- Provide direct care and emotional support to residents in memory care units
- Uphold resident rights and ensure a safe and respectful environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including nurses and social workers
Requirements:
1-2 years working in a cbrf
Experience or knowledge in nursing home or memory care settings is preferred
-must understand DHS 83
Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to residents
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo training in areas such as resident rights, ADLs, and behavior management

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
