What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Administrator, Revenue Operations position at Ada?
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our fast-growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director, Customer Analytics, your responsibilities will be related to our end-to-end sales, customer success, marketing and customer support journey. This includes executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform and integrated tools.
About You
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator (ideally certified)
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, and automations.
- Working knowledge of Lightning Platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with FinancialForce and CPQ is considered an asset.
- Experience working for a SaaS company is considered an asset.
Outcomes
- Administer CRM tasks including: account maintenance, access management, permission sets, data updates, role assignments, data uploads, etc.
- Administer CPQ tasks including: product and pricebook maintenance, guided pricing, approvals, contract generation, Netsuite integration
- Drive efficiency through business process automation, AppExchange installations, and 3rd party integrations
- Ensure data is accurate by creating data automations and working with sales teams to ensure data is being entered and tracked
- Partner with the Internal Sales and Finance team to identify, drive, and build improvements to the quote to cash process.
- Assist in the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests
- Assist in onboarding of new users and updating existing users on changes by working with the Revenue Enablement team to create training materials

The expected salary range for this position is $78,000 to $100,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
