As a Senior Software Engineer on our Channels Services team, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders, product managers, and designers to execute Ada’s roadmap in order to deliver best-in-class channels and handoffs experiences to both agents and chatters.  Your goal will be to build the highest impact live chat integrations for our automation platform, with an emphasis on understanding customer needs, cross-platform use cases, and reliability. You will have direct business impact, enabling our revenue teams to sell into new and existing sales pools as we build and improve integrations.
