The Role

The HRIS Analyst will interact with all levels including HR, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation to implement, upgrade, support and maintain the HRIS, Workday. You will be the subject matter expert and will configure expertise for all HR technology whilst performing troubleshooting and end user support. This position develops, designs, and deploys dashboards, standardized reports, and ad hoc reports. You will also be responsible for the management and lead of medium to large, complex HRIS projects.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience within a HRIS role, Workday preferred.
  • Administration and Configuration of an HRIS.
  • Workday Modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Learning or Absence.
  • Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
