Adamas Building Services is NOW HIRING Floater Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have floater concierge openings, on call, in the East Orange /South Orange /Jersey city
The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
- Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination
- Check-in and announce incoming guests
- Receiving packages and deliveries
- Resolve complaints from residents/guests
- Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
HOURLY PAY: $17 - $18/Per Hour
Requirements
- Must be available for 2/3 shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)
- Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year)
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
- Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company

- Full Time Employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days with a 40k match after one year of employment.
