Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey.
We have openings at our Jersey City location.
Schedule : Saturday-Sunday 12pm-8pm
Pay Rate : $16 / 16.50 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Cleaning and power washing exterior of the building.
- Cleaning out exterior trash bins.
- Cleaning curbside all building.
- Trash removal and seasonal snow removal / debris.
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
