We’re seeking a Permitting & Warranty Coordinator to join our Greenville team.
Our Permitting & Warranty Coordinators provide support for the construction of new homes and ensure high-quality service to our clients by performing the following duties :
- Schedule and supervise subcontractor repairs
- Respond to all incoming warranty requests by following standard procedures set by the Production Manager
- Trouble-shoot construction-related issues, explain details of the written warranty provided by customers, and coordinate schedules of parties involved
- Schedule inspections with homeowners, assess routine warranty claims, and complete all service requests
- Maintain detailed Warranty and Permit tracking reports
- Document all warranty-related communication
- Communicate with Local / State Municipalities as needed per home
- Order blueprints, surveys, and other necessary documents for home building permit applications
- Following up weekly on permit applications
- Answer all incoming calls and route accordingly
- Process weekly invoices for approval
- Order office supplies as needed
