Our client is a 7 Billion dollar bank holding company. They are seeking someone for their Wichita, Kansas office that has 5 plus years of Commercial Lending new business development experience. This individual will work within a department of 5 lenders including themselves and the department manager. The department currently has $350 million in outstanding in their total portfolio. They lost a lender earlier this year and feel this is a good time to look to fill the position. The ideal candidate will understand C & I credits as that is the focus of this team. They will need to be a strong new business development officer with a proven production record of $10 to $12 million in new commitments per year.
