These apps include systems and tools to manage every part of our business and improve planning and day-to-day execution in the field.
The Technology Group is seeking a Senior-level program manager for a multi-year ERP program. The Program Manager will oversee and handle operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison among project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Serve as a strategic contributor providing direction to support team members.
- Provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve the time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing the project.
- Identify and resolve obstacles to completing the project on time and on budget.
- Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
- Manage and report on the status of the program and projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and resolve resource requirements.
- Provide expert thought leadership in using research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
As a highly visible role interacting with senior leadership on a regular basis we are looking for a senior-level Program Manager with experience leading multiple implementations of large ERP systems (ideally SAP) managing project budgets of $10M .
Experience also must include
- Implementing multiple large systems
- Managing a team of resources including technical resources and project managers in a matrix environment
- On-Shore/Off-shore delivery model via major firms like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc.
- Vendor relationship & contract management.
Other expectations
- Proven ability to apply project and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience applying Agile & Waterfall frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts.
- Able to deliver results in ambiguous situations with quality and value.
