About this role
As our Social Media Communications Specialist you will own and manage Adaptiva’s social media content to support and enhance the company’s brand and operations.
This is full-time, hybrid role, based at our offices in Kirkland, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Owns and manages the social editorial calendar.
- Work with Content Marketing to create and implement social media strategies.
- Monitors, posts to, and analyzes social media channels to build a community of followers and enhance interaction.
- Respond to inbound social media traffic.
- Manage all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive experience.
- Report on online reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of social media management experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field.
- Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as HubSpot.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.

The annual salary range for the position is $70,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience).
