Behavior Technician
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective therapy
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior management
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Ability to pass a background check
