Description

AdaptX is searching for a Technical Product Manager. The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is

responsible for shepherding feature development from concept to delivery to ensure product success.

The TPM works closely with the Delivery Lead, Director of Clinical Services and other peers across the

organization ensuring that feature requirements and design are appropriately captured and

documented in the project management system.  They will work closely with internal and external

stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead cross functional feature kick off meetings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant product requirements 
  • Understand, capture, and communicate user acceptance criteria
  • Understand customer scenarios and translate those into high level user stories
  • Partner with engineering leadership to organize, sequence, and prioritize the backlog
  • Ensure appropriate levels of work in the backlog 
  • Triage incoming issues and take appropriate action to quickly resolve
  • Facilitate engineering estimation meeting
  • Act as leader and facilitator of key meetings, including the regular engineering estimation meeting
  • Enable features in production (using feature toggles)
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders as necessary. Identify stakeholders and put
  • them into contact (knows who should talk to whom)
  • Deeply understand, and be the point person for clarifying requirements as necessary
  • Regularly track progress, and communicate progress and status to leadership, peers, and other key stakeholders


Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of Technical Product Management experience
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools (we use Jira and monday.com)
  • Able to articulate the differences, pros, and cons of various agile methodologies
  • Flexibility as to what methodologies are used in software engineering
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
  • Software Engineering or Data Analytics background desirable

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
