POSITION TITLE: Network Engineer, ISP
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt


POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Network Engineer, ISP to perform installations, integrations, and configurations of networking
technologies. This position will work closely with project managers and customers to ensure quality standards and
communication is being met. The ideal candidate will be customer and quality centric, with a strong work ethic and ALL
IN attitude to achieve results.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language to various levels of leadership and team members
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for the customer
  • Provide design, migration, implementation, and deployment services / guidance
  • Contribute to the development of Bills of Materials for product quoting\ordering
  • Develop professional documentation, operating guides, high level and low-level design documents
  • Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments
    in the networking industry
  • Oversee/perform new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades
  • Work closely with Project and Services Management staff to exceed customer expectations while ensuring
    alignment with agreements
  • Responsible for installation, integration, support and configuration of the products and technologies
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by leadership

    Nexus)


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position operates out of corporate headquarters in an office environment, located at 18777 US Highway 66
    Pacific, MO 63069
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and
    smartphones


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • 7 years of network engineering and/or infrastructure engineering experience preferred
  • CCNP Routing & Switching certification a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in WAN/LAN and transport technologies (Ethernet, Frame Relay and MPLS) a plus
