`Position: Web Developer
Location: Newark, DE (Hybrid 3 Days Per Week)
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Our client in Newark is looking for a Web Developer to join their team. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week on site
Position Description:
Adopt, implement, and ensure consistent look/feel of the UI.
Deliver great and high-performing results through hands-on coding of both front/back-end technology solutions.
Investigate and construct proof of concept introducing new and different technology solutions.
Participate in deployment and installation into development, testing, and production environments.
Interface with system users to ensure full understanding of desired functionality and expectations.
Organize project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements, using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming languages, and logic.
Analyze requirements and define technical designs, including class objects and process flows as required.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced knowledge of: Asp.net, C#, VB.Net, SQL server, HTML, XML, JavaScript, jquery.
- Advanced level implementation experience with front-end development.
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Database
- Strong knowledge of Web & Windows services along with WCF services & API's.
- Strong design and implementation skills
- 5 years of experience with web and software development.
- 5 years of experience writing MS SQL queries and stored procedures.
- 2 years of experience building external facing web applications & windows applications.
Bonus Skills:
Prefer to have some knowledge of mobile iOS and Android app development.
