- Greet Visitors and process visitor passes
- Provide continuous in-person support at the staff duty desk.
- Manage phones.
- Provide visitor escorts
- Support In and out processing
- Create and process documents
- Track Correspondence
- Manage files and documents
- Create and maintain continuity books
- Calendar management
- Meeting support
- Hand Receipt Inventory and documentation
- Lead ARIMS Coordinator
- Fire Warden
- Accountability Officer/Space Coordinator/Work Order Coordinator
- Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Training tracking
- Supply inventory and management
- Shredding
- Additional Duties as assigned.
