Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience training and personnel management experience within a military environment.
- Bachelor’s in related field with minimum 5 years’ experience providing quality training and personal management experience within a military environment.

Duties include:
- Determine content. Consult with Senior Administrative Officer, TPOC, Training Manager and proponent support offices to identify trainings that will be considered mandatory trainings new/existing employees and refresher training requirements. Employee shall create a prioritized schedule for content development and delivery for each required and refresher event.
- Content development. Assist the Training Manager to develop learning plans and blended (virtual, self-paced and classroom) course material using proven instructional design methodologies to multiple delivery channels.
- Content delivery. Collaborate with proponent offices to determine the audience, training needs and platform for training delivery. Will manage all aspect of training delivery to include scheduling conference rooms, bridge lines, VTC connections, recording of sessions, scheduling actual trainers, distribution of materials and information management support as required.
- Content and Training tracking. Manage all materials for each training event such as the sign in rosters and prepare summary of each event and provide summary data each month in the monthly report. Maintain version control of all materials in SharePoint repository for Intranet access to all Army staff. Will assist with publishing and sharing content within various systems such as the Army SharePoint All Partners Access Network (APAN) or MilSuite.
