Customer Service/Data Coordinator – Great Entry Level Opportunity!

Our client is seeking a Customer Service/Data Coordinator to join their growing team! They offer hands on training and promote from within. This is a 90 day contract to hire role looking for someone to work full time.
Location: Newark, New Jersey
Currently remote but will be moving to a hybrid schedule.
Pay: $20/hr
Must Have:
- Preferred 1 year data entry experience using Excel
- Flexible with work hours
- Customer service minded (customer relationship management experience a bonus)
- Customer service experience
- Great for someone with purchase order or vendor program management experience
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Process rebate applications from customers regarding energy efficient appliances
- Analyze data to look for errors (something missing, issue) and then reach out to the customers
- When complaints or problems that are called in need to be escalated you will become the second to point of contact and resolve the current issue
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process
- Be able to work independently and problem solve
- Will have training and be an expert on these questions
