What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Addison Group?
Job Duties:
- The role administers employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between associates and insurance providers.
- This is a hands-on tactical role that provides support in the areas of Benefits, Recruiting, L&D, Employee Engagement and ad hoc projects as necessary.
- Administers various associate benefits programs such as health insurance, enrollment, short and long term disability and FMLA, pensions
- Respond to benefit questions from associates and providers
- Help with new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork
- Between 2-3 years of HR Coordinator experience with benefits experience
- Experience with employee files and confidential info
- Excellent communication and strong employee engagement
- Some HRIS experience
- Able to commute in office two days a week
