Salary : Up to $75,000 annually, DOE
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process payroll for up to 800 employees on a biweekly basis, including data entry, timecard review, payroll calculations, and issuing payments.
- Process payroll for six entities, each with its own tax identification number, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Generate payroll reports four times per pay period by extracting data from UKG and preparing detailed reports using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Audit employee changes, payroll deductions, and other pre-payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle complex payroll scenarios including shift differentials, stipends, per-visit payments, and shift changes.
- Monitor and manage the payroll inbox, responding to employee inquiries and resolving discrepancies through research and clear communication.

- Address and process one-off payroll situations, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Participate in various ad hoc payroll projects and provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements :
- Strong proficiency in payroll systems, especially UKG, and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to address employee inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
