Our client who is a leader in the manufacturing of highly engineered components for the aerospace industry is looking to add a Test Technician to the team who will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing procedures to verify the performance, reliability, and safety of critical components. They will utilize specialized equipment and testing protocols to assess factors such as durability, functionality, and adherence to regulatory standards.

- Conduct Tests: Performing various tests and experiments according to established procedures and protocols to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of products or components.
- Operation of Test Equipment: Utilize specialized testing equipment, instruments, and tools to execute tests accurately and efficiently, ensuring precise measurement and data collection.
- Data Analysis: Record test results, observations, and data accurately and systematically. Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, or deviations from expected outcomes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of test procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory standards and quality management systems.
- Calibration and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and verification of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Provide value to our customers by using Lean tools and concepts to identify and eliminate waste in all forms (scrap/rework, transportation, motion, waiting, inventory, over production, over processing, and under-utilization of people). Uses systemic thinking by seeing processes from end to end and works to challenge the status quo to eliminate the root cause of problems. Is involved in individual and/or team activities that involve using Lean tools and concepts to improve the flow of information and material.

- Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds periodically.
- Must be able to stand/walk/sit for up to 8 hours per day
- Education:
- Experience: Prefer prior experience in testing, manufacturing, or working in a similar environment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and testing standards.
- Problem Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues with CMM equipment, measurement programs, or part quality is critical. Approved:
