Job Title: ETL Talend Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality throughout the ETL lifecycle.
Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data integration requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ETL processes.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and integration testing of ETL processes.
- Debug and resolve issues to ensure the reliability of data pipelines.
Documentation: - Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and transformations.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with database administrators, data analysts, and other teams to support data-related initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ETL development using Talend.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes for performance.
